ITS Ltd & GDPR – Policy Statement. Informed Tree Services Ltd is dedicated to meeting the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). When booking a course place and/or an assessment, ITS Ltd need to pass on your details to the awarding body involved. These are normally, Lantra Awards and the Arboricultural Association.

ITS Ltd will not share any of your personal information with any other party.

We will store your information on a secure hard-drive. We will delete the information after 3 years – the period where auditing of risk assessments etc may be carried out by any of the above awarding bodies.

ITS Ltd do not have a mailing list and will not contact you without having your prior permission to do so.

We will have to insist on receiving an online booking form which gives us your permission to pass on your information to the awarding bodies mentioned above.
