HSE have produced guidance clarifying changes in the Reporting of Injuries Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations.
The way that accidents should be reported (on-line) has changed and the criteria for what constitutes a notifiable occurrence has changed (7 days missing work rather than 3).
